Land acquisition has become the largest bottleneck in infrastructure development, causing 35% of project delays, as highlighted by the Cabinet Secretary after the 50th PRAGATI meeting.
About PRAGATI
Definition
PRAGATI is a centralised, ICT-enabled governance platform for grievance redressal, project monitoring, and programme implementation, enabling real-time review of projects of national importance.
Launch
Launched on 25 March 2015 under the leadership of the Prime Minister of India.
