Protected School Perimeter:
A mandatory 500-metre drug-free zone around schools to restrict the availability and access to narcotic substances.

School heads and designated staff are obligated to report any drug-related activities within the defined zone to local authorities.
Student-Led Awareness:
Encouraging peer-based initiatives where students actively promote anti-drug campaigns and support each other.
Teacher Empowerment:
Capacity-building programs to train teachers in detecting early signs of substance abuse and conducting awareness sessions.
Monitoring Architecture:
A structured reporting and monitoring framework at school, district, and state levels to ensure effective implementation.
