What is it?
- It is a one-time special compliance window under the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
- Allows employers to voluntarily enrol eligible employees who were not covered under EPF between 1 July 2017 and 31 October 2025.

- Employer Contribution & Nominal Penalty: Only employer’s share plus ₹100 penalty per employee is required.
- Applicability: Includes establishments under inquiry under Section 7A or Paragraph 26B of the EPF Act.
- Non-Penal Action: Once voluntary compliance is made, EPFO will not take suo motu action for past omissions.
